In this workshop we want to play with psychological dynamics of dominance and submission.

A power exchange of some kind is nearly always present in human relationships. There are people all around us in power exchange relationships who do not acknowledge the dynamic or call it anything. Consider a husband who gives his wife an allowance but no credit card in her own name. A woman controls her coworkers, making them eager to please her even though she is not their boss. That is right, there are plenty of people wearing collars and others tugging at their leashes, but the gear is invisible and the dynamic unexamined. In this workshop we will do the opposite. We will consciously create and name a power dynamic in order to play with it.

I am inviting you for a day of games where you will have an opportunity to experience different degrees of dominance and submission through your choice, daring, and curiosity.

Somatic Approach and Consent Based

Approached somatically, this experience is not only playful but also trauma-informed, creating a safe space for exploration. The workshop is underlined by a framework of consent, ensuring that everyone feels respected and heard throughout the journey.

The exercises are done in pairs, trios and a whole group. You can always decide to withdraw from any exercise.

Regardless of your gender identity, body type, sexual preferences, or skill levels, Ritual of Dominance & Submission welcomes you with open arms. Whether you choose to participate solo or with a partner, the workshop is designed to accommodate individuals and pairs, trios, or groups alike.

Your comfort is a priority, and nudity, if chosen, will always be approached with the utmost respect for your wishes and boundaries. It's important to note that the workshop can also be fully experienced without nudity. It is your choice.

What is submission for me? It is an act of consciously submitting to the power of another. It is a state of meditation in which I can fully let go, feel held and supported. It is like a free dive, which has an expansive quality and calming effects on my nervous system. I can just freely be while all decisions are made for me. How freeing is that?

What is dominance for me? First and foremost, dominance for me is about being present and taking responsibility. That is one of the very attractive assets I appreciate in people in general. The act of taking responsibilities automatically generates trust and a sense of reliability. And trust is absolutely vital when one wants to engage in dominance/submission play, or in any kind of human relationship.

Three different prices are offered. For lower incomers, regular incomes and higher incomers.

I would like to make my work accessible to lower incomers and in order to do that I have cordially added a support price for those with higher income to support the lower incomers.

Moreover, my needs lay in having my energy and work I put into organising and facilitating my events valued, along my needs for sustainability acknowledged.

Nevertheless, I still would like to make my work accessible to all and financial reasons should not be the issues to not come. If you cannot pay any of my suggested prices feel free to contact me.

Cancellation policies :

In the event of me cancelling for whatever reason, your workshop fee will be 100% refunded.

If you cancel for whatever reason, your financial contribution is non-refundable but transferable to another person you find to attend this workshop instead of you.
