Body is our instrument which has endless buttons to press on and strings to pull in order to create different feelings, emotions and reactions. What is important is a state of presence when we want to play.

What do words like ‘presence’ and ‘play’ mean to you?
The essence of these two words can be seen in all children but unfortunately not in every adult anymore. We as adults in our society are not encouraged to play. So unfortunate!
What can playing teach us about ourselves? How does an interaction change when we approach it with an awareness of presence and playfulness?
You are invited for a two day workshop to explore Presence and Play within a frame of creative games, meditation, breath, tantra and bdsm, and movement. Theoretical and practical positions of being leader and follower will be introduced. Through external physical stimuli we will heighten our emotional awareness. We will have a look at how manipulating the body can change the state of body and mind.
While:
- Working with breathing, sound, movement and intentions
- Addressing dominant and submissive parts of ourselves
- Increasing the sense of presence in our mind and body through impact games
- Using safe distinction of the roles: Giving, Receiving, Taking and Allowing
This workshop is a safer space, guided, and based on consent and honouring your boundaries. You can withdraw from exercises whenever you wish.
The weekend is concluded with a Play Party which we all co-create together. It is a semi structured platform in which you are invited to practice newly acquired skills, also improvise and exchange with others.
Who is it for? - for everyone who is curious, interested in reflective kinky practices and self developmental work.

Three different prices are offered. For lower incomers, regular incomes and higher incomers.
I would like to make my work accessible to lower incomers and in order to do that I have cordially added a support price for those with higher income to support the lower incomers.
Moreover, my needs lay in having my energy and work I put into organising and facilitating my events valued, along my needs for sustainability acknowledged.
Nevertheless, I still would like to make my work accessible to all and financial reasons should not be the issues to not come. If you cannot pay any of my suggested prices feel free to contact me.

Cancellation policies :
In the event of me cancelling for whatever reason, your workshop fee will be 100% refunded.
If you cancel for whatever reason, your financial contribution is non-refundable but transferable to another person you find to attend this workshop instead of you.
