THE MOUTH

Have you ever question what is your relationship to your mouth? How and what do you use it for?

Has the spectrum of activities you do with your mouth now changed since you were a child? If so, how and why? And how do the individual activities make you feel?

I know, there are many questions. I am a believer of questioning our actions, choices, mental, behavioural and emotional patterns, and conditionings. That is why, I like to stimulate that in people too.

This workshop is done in pairs. If you come alone, you will be paired up with another participant. First, we dive into the mouth/jaw relaxation, releasing, and meditative techniques. Next, we explore our partner’s mouth interior using our hands. Throughout the workshop you stay with the same partner.

The workshop is very meditative, introspective, deep, explorational, and also fun, which I think should not be missed anywhere.

DANCING WITH FLOGGER

Then, we will take a glimpse in the world of conscious flogging where we will explore the relationship between you and the power of the flogger, you and your partner, and the space ''in between'' in which a magic happen, if you dare to enter. Let's have a close look how a direct impact on the body can deepen our body awareness, and how breath, movement and sound can enhance the bodily sensations as well as to intensify the flow of energy in the body. (Nudity Optional).

The workshop is open to people with any sexual preferences and skill levels. They are equally suitable for those participating alone or with a partner. Come as individuals or in pairs/trios/groups.
