THE MOUTH

Have you ever question what is the relationship to your mouth? How and what do you use it for?

Has the spectrum of activities you do with your mouth now changed since you were a child? If so, how and why? And how do the individual activities make you feel?

This workshop is done in pairs. If you come alone, you will be paired up with another participant. First, we dive into the mouth/jaw relaxation, releasing and meditative techniques. Second, we experiment with our voice and basic sounds, and then we explore our partner’s mouth interior using our hands. Throughout the workshop you stay with the same partner.

The workshop is very meditative, introspective, deep, explorational, and also fun which as far as I am concerned should not be missed anywhere.

It is for everyone who is interested in this work. All sexual orientations, gender identities, ages (min 18years old), bodies are welcome.
