Talking about sex can be awkward, overwhelming, or just hard to put into words. In this interactive talk, we’ll gently break the ice and explore intimacy, pleasure, desire, and boundaries in a playful, holistic way.

This is an invitation to reconnect with your erotic self—through open conversation, guided sharing, and embodied exercises, we’ll explore:

• How we feel and express desire

• Understanding our needs, wants, and boundaries

• Saying Yes, saying No—with clarity and care

• Patterns we carry in intimacy and connection

• Our sexual and erotic bodies: what brings pleasure, passion, and presence?

Who is it for?
This workshop welcomes all adults (18+), all genders, bodies, and relationship constellations—singles, couples, polyamorous folks, monogamous partners, and everything in between. Whether you’re new to this or already exploring, you’re welcome here.

This is a playful, introductory space—perfect if you’re curious about the topic of sexuality, intimacy, or my work.
